MINDCEPTION is a service of Stonebit S.r.l. — Via Niccolò Copernico 19, 37135 Verona (VR), Italy (hereafter "the Controller"). The data collected through the mindception.ai website is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.
Through the audit form we collect: name, work email, company and sector, provided voluntarily by the user. For security purposes and as proof of consent, we also record the IP address and technical connection data at the time of submission. Consent is recorded with date and time in a dedicated register.
We do not use profiling cookies. Website statistics are collected in anonymous and aggregated form (cookieless analytics) and do not allow the identification of the user.
The data is processed to: (a) contact the user back regarding their audit request (consent, Art. 6.1(a) GDPR); (b) manage the commercial relationship (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1(f) GDPR).
The data is retained for the time necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless required by law.
